BFL SOFTWARE PLANS NEW OFFICES ABROAD

Article Abstract:

BFL Software Ltd plans to add five more offices abroad in the calendar year 1999. It has seven overseas offices. It has five offices in the United States (US), one in the United Kingdom (UK) and one in Singapore. It plans to set up one office in Amsterdam to cover Europe. It is likely to set up one office each in Australia and Japan and two in the US. The US accounts for 85 percent of its business. Its staff strength will increase from 690 in March 1998 to 1,000 by March 1999. (rk)(m)

CCE SOFTWARE SETS UP US SUBSIDIARY

Article Abstract:

CCE Software, a division of Chandras Chemical Industries Ltd of Calcutta, has set up a 100 percent subsidiary in the US called CCE Software Inc. The subsidiary has already got a Rs1.26 crore order from Dresser Rand Corporation. CCE Software has developed a software package for the transport industry in collaboration with Wolff Dv Beratung of Germany which will be jointly owned. (khr)
