Baltic's 50,000 ton plant

Article Abstract:

A new fish processing plant with a capacity of 50,000 tons per year was opened at Sassnitz, on the German island of Rugen. The modern plant using robots was built by Dutch company Parlevliet & Van der Plas will process herring fish arriving from sea pumped into the factory at the rate of 800 tons in 24 hours.
