Agnelli family holdings join Atlanet venture

The Agnelli family, owners of Fiat SpA, announced plans to join a fixed-line telecommunications venture controlled by ACEA SpA and Telefonica S.A. Fiat and IFIL SpA, the Agnelli's holding company, will purchase a share in the joint venture that was set up to provide local and national fixed-line telecommunications services.

Bertelsmann agrees to sell net service, again to Telefonica
