Bold bet: Local-currency bonds

Article Abstract:

Emerging-market bonds in local currency compensate investors with higher yields than those of Dollar amounts. The government securities issue in local currency are improving emerging-market economies as better economic policies decrease deficits and add surfeit leading to higher credit ratings.
