Article Abstract:

Michael Wilkey, a U.K. architect who was an expert witness in a "copying" scandal involving architect Gareth Pearce, was found not to have engaged in misconduct by a judge. Wilkey used the case "Designers Guild v. Russsell Williams, 2001" in his defense. Wilkey received some criticism from the judge, but all accusations of professional incompetence and misconduct were dropped.
