Article Abstract:

The senior debt market in Leeds, England, has expanded rapidly in response to an increase in management buy-outs, management buy-ins and institutional buy-outs. Institutional lenders are keen to complete deals now that the economic recession is over. Debt deals are becoming larger, more complex and varied in nature. The Leeds corporate finance community now represents a significant centre of expertise outside the City of London, England.
