Paul Giles, who's been building private-banking businesses for 25 years believes that in private banking it is the banker who is more important when comes to clients' management. Unlike the trend with most industries, in private banking customers' loyalty depends on the banker, the person, than on the reputation of the service providing company. So methods of management of these bankers is very important for the industry.
