Brewer May Shift Ownership Structure

Denmark's Carlsberg A/S has announced that it is planning to sell certain non-core assets and reorganize its ownership structure. Carlsberg, which reported a 26% decline in its pretax profit to 1.633 billion kroner, has unsuccessfully engaged in cost-cutting measures.

Denmark broadens rate-cue sources
