Canada's responsible fishing 'needs DFO'

Canadian Responsible Fisheries Federation (CRFF) has accused Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Canada of abandoning the Responsible Fishing Program that was set up by both of them to assure implementation of the codes and principles and guidelines. Both the organizations have had a beneficial association in the past and hopefully will be able to renew this.
