Capability indices for material balancing accounting

Article Abstract:

A study was conducted to analyze the application of capability indices to material balance series produced in a nuclear facility. The indices were altered to support complexities in a nuclear facility. The design of the facility was analyzed to enhance its safety and operational properties. Results indicated the need to allocate resources to minimize the variability of the most troublesome unit. Findings also showed the need to control and reduce variability.
