Article Abstract:

The Sun Life, Winners, Swiss Chalet, and Quebec Loto advertisements are evaluated. Sun Life's advertisement which shows people walking with little suns over their heads is a convincing campaign while Quebe Loto's unique use of Beethoven's "Ode to Joy" effectively grabs the viewers' attention. Other comments on the advertisements are provided.

The hi-def side of Sears: retailer partners with Global to promote its electronics offering

Article Abstract:

Sears promoted Global Television's fall 2007 lineup with in-store signage and inclusion in its flyers in their cross-promotional agreement with the television network. Global Television reciprocated by featuring Sears and two of its electronic vendors, Sony and Panasonic in a 30-minute show during the Labour Day weekend.
