Article Abstract:

The compteition for the design of a new visitors' centre at Stonehenge has been won by Edward Cullinan Architects. Cullinan has a reputation for designs in sensitive sites and was favoured to win. Six designs were shortlisted from the 150 entries from a wide range of architectural practices. English Heritage is planning to improve the environment and facilities at Stonehenge which is a World Heritage site.
