DENMARK: BUSINESSES INVEST IN RADIO LINKS

Article Abstract:

Three businesses at Glyngore , namely the loudspeaker producer Jamo, the furniture producer Bodilsen and the ventilation equipment producer Skov, have joined forces by investing in a radio link for Internet connections. The reason behind this is Tele Danmark's, the Danish telecom's, high prices for fixed Internet connections. Tele Danmark says radio links are more vulnerable than cable networks, and emphasizes that the businesses have to maintain the connection themselves.
