Denmark: Housing prices forecast to rise

Article Abstract:

Housing prices are expected to rise again following the considerable drop in the days following the US terror attacks, according to Nybolig och Home, the leading real estate agent chains in Denmark. Home anticipates a price increase of around 4-5% in the remaining months of 2001. Next year the price increases could be even higher. This is ascribed to the low interest rate levels and the popularity of so-called flex loans.
