DENMARK: JOINT ACTION PLAN FOR ORESUND REGION

Article Abstract:

A joint action plan regarding building and housing policy for the Oresund region will be established. This has been agreed by the Danish and Swedish government. The idea behind the action plan is to set up similar housing projects on both sides of the Oresund sound, and to study the prospects of harmonizing the regulations in the housing industry in the Oresund region as the regulations in the two countries vary greatly. The project is also meant to result in a knowledge bank, which can provide information derived from the action plan.
