Denmark: Jeudan's 3Q results

Article Abstract:

Jeudan, the major Danish real estate company, reports a DKr 47mn (USD 5.7mn) pre-tax profit for the period January-September 2001, up from DKr 39mn for the same period in 2000. Turnover increased to DKr 198mn from DKr 173mn. For the whole of 2001, Jeudan anticipates about a DKr 265mn turnover and a DKr 60-65mn operating profit. The improvement is attributed to investments made in 2000 and increased activities of the building maintenance division.
