Catchers still ahead of the scientists!

Article Abstract:

The marine scientists are unable to come up with accurate predictions of marine stocks due to inadequate technology at their disposal, as a result of which many deep-water fisheries have failed. The catchers on the other hand are able to locate fish without any scientific analysis at their disposal. This was the content of the Deep Sea 2003 conference held in New Zealand.
