Article Abstract:

The telecommunications company Telenordia, part owned by Tele Danmark, Telenor and British Telecom, wants to get into the mobile phone market in Sweden, but they have had problems in finding a partner. The owners now plan to invest in a own GSM-network for Telenordia. So far Telenordia has been trying to buy space in the three existing Swedish operators network, but they have not exactly co-operated. Investigations will now be undertaken in order to find out costs etc. for a new network.

The Swedish telecom operator Telenordia, which is owned by Tele Danmark, Telenor and British Telecom, has signed an agreement with eFusion, one of the leading suppliers of Internet telephony in the world. eFusion's Internet products will by used by Telenordia on the Swedish market. Telenordia has 140,000 Internet subscribers in Sweden and is said to be the fastest growing operator on the market. *
