Detron veut combattre les "for ts d'antennes"

Article Abstract:

According to Detron, there will be five mobile telephone operators active in the Netherlands soon. This means that there should have 7,500 antennae installed to cover the whole country, the Dutch engineering firm says. To fight this, the firm wants to purchase antennae fleets from the operators in this country, and also in Belgium and Germany, to offer share services. The system should allow the operators to dramatically cut their costs while concentrating on their core business, the telephone service itself instead of fighting on infrastructures too. Detron has announced an investment programme worth Fl 250mn as part of the creation of a new subsidiary, Detron Sites & Towers.

SMALL IS POWERFUL

Article Abstract:

The Budget for 1999-2000 has increased the duty on tractors above 30 HP from 13 percent to 16 percent and retained the duty on tractors below 30 HP at 8 percent. This decision will create a demand for tractors up to 30 HP as the price difference between a tractor of less than 30 HP and a tractor of 35 HP will now come to Rs40,000-Rs45,000. Tractors of below 30 HP also get a government subsidy of Rs30,000 under state programmes to modernise agriculture. (khr)
