Deutsche Bank AG of Germany is to invest in Wilson HTM Investment Group of Australia, purchasing 19.9 percent. The banking giant is establishing a foothold in Australia, looking forward to the Australian government divestment of Telstra Corporation Ltd., a telecommunications interest, next year.

Deutsche Boerse defends LSE proposal

In a bid to win over skeptical stock holders, Deutsche Borse AG presented a detailed financial projection of savings of $130.3 million annually with the proposed acquisition of the London Stock Exchange PLC, however it has not as yet presented a formal bid.
