Edel to offer music with Napster

Deutsche Telecom to take step toward a listing of T-Online

Deutsche Telecom intends to turn T-Online, its Internet subsidiary, into a stock corporation. This move is expected to help the company's international expansion, as it will be able to offer shares when making acquisitions. T-Online is the largest ISP in Europe, as its subscribers reached 4 million, surging 48% over the past 11 months.
