Deutsche Telekom AG of Germany is considering divesting T-Mobile USA Inc. for $30 billion, a major wave for the mobile phone market in both North America and Europe. T-Mobile USA Inc. is forecast to generate 1.61 billion Euro in revenue in 2005.
