Article Abstract:

Research into the surface wobbles of the sun by Dr Henry Hill and Dr Ye-ming Gu of the University of Arizona were initially rejected by the scientific community, largely because of past mistakes by Hill. Now the supposed observations of the heretofore unseen gravity modes have been attracting support.

Commercial realty values are stabilizing in the US and expected to stop falling in the UK in mid-1993. The industry is developing new investment lures such as property futures contracts, securitizing commercial mortgages, and real estate investment trusts.
