Eli Lilly expects to miss mark in fourth quarter

Eli Lilly and Co. is forecasting lower-than-expected results for the 2001 fourth-quarter. The company, which has been hurt by the sales decline in its antidepressant drug, also forecasted low results for the fiscal 2001 and 2002 periods.

Bristol-Myers earnings rise on strong U.S. sales

Bristol-Myers says net increased 11%, meeting estimates
