An over view on the holding and using of turbulence situations by the Chief Executive Officers of various industries, to make optimum use of the risk to which there competitors are exposed is presented, with reference to role played by Willie Walsh Chief Executive Officer of Irish national airline Aer Lingus in strategically transforming the company.
