What price justice?

Eligibility for the British legal aid system is being restricted as a way to reduce its rising costs. While spending on legal aid in Britain has doubled since 1986, the system can be made less costly and still be accessible to a greater number of people.

Constant invasions by the media into the lives of royalty and other famous individuals has prompted consideration of a right to privacy law. Such a law should satisfy six requirements, such as revelation in the name of public interest only.
