Ever more dangerous in Kashmir

Article Abstract:

There is concern about the conflict between India and Pakistan over Kashmir, and Punjabis are already leaving areas near the conflict on each side of the border between Pakistan and India. There is a risk that the conflict could lead to war although this is something that both the governments of India and Pakistan would prefer to avoid. India is under pressure to enter Pakistan to prevent intruders in Kashmir from obtaining supplies.
