Excuse my gender

Article Abstract:

The portrayal of male imbeciles in television and radio advertisements is discussed. It has been observed that in most ads, Males are the ones who are dazed and confused while the women are portrayed as wise. It is hypothesized that since most consumers are women, there is a need to uplift their status in ads. A list of radio and TV ads that illustrate this point is also presented.
