The Milleret cheese company has introduced Le Petit Pierre, a cow's milk hard cheese from Franche-Comte, which is ripened for two and a half months. It is packaged a carton in transparent paper and encircled with a coloured band. It is priced at FFr 17.95 for a 250-gram round piece.
