Fibroids: mystery tumors affect a third of all women
Article Abstract:
Fibroids in the uterus affect up to 33% of all women and can inhibit pregnancy. Drug therapy used in conjunction with surgery can reduce the size of fibroids or make them disappear. A hysterectomy is the best way to prevent the recurrence of fibroids.
