Flash drives aren't flash

Article Abstract:

Flash drives are small devices that store data like the memory cards for digital cameras or the ultra-portable drives that can plug directly into the computer's port. They are convenient to use but also are vulnerable to dirt, electrical charges and so should be used cautiously with a back-up for the memory.
