Article Abstract:

Modelling technology from Helium 3 is helping Whitbybird tackle the challenges of Margate's new Turner gallery. The technique is due to the courtesy of two software specialists, Ian Dulley and James Turner, who have together formed Helium 3 and are using their knowledge to address problems within architecture.

Australians' need to act globally was obvious at the Biennial Oceanic Architecture and Design Student Conference in Perth, Australia. The conference managed to inspire and educate architects in social, philosophical and architectural terms. Architecture should not be impersonal or clinical.
