Faurecia to buy automotive arm of Sommer Allibert

Sodexho sweetens buyout offer to minority holders of U.S. unit

Article Abstract:

Sodexho Alliance SA has increased its acquisition bid for the share of Sodexho Marriott Services Inc. that it does not already own. France-based Sodexho will acquire the 52% share of Sodexho Marriott that it does not already own for $1.08 billion (1.21 billion euros). This is almost $200 million more than it originally offered.

France Telecom nears sale of stake in STMicroelectronics to CEA-Industrie
