Victoria's Secret hits U.S. television with a sexy show

Overall, U.S. retailers are bracing for a tough holiday season due to economic conditions and a war on terrorism. So Victoria's Secret is going to spend a whole hour presenting its lingerie on the ABC network, treating it like programming rather than advertising. Parent company, Intimate Brands, claims a show of sexy models in undergarments will be appropriate broadcast fare. Victoria's Secret hopes to reach males aged 18 to 24.
