Russian oil cutoff rouses Europe's doubt

Russia has suspended crude oil exports to Europe over a subsidy dispute. While Europe has enough crude oil stocks to weather the disruption, the cutoff raises concerns about Europe's reliance on Russian oil, and on Russia's reliability as an energy supplier.
