Article Abstract:

The National Association for the Advancement of Coloured People (NAACP) is protesting over the usage of the Confederate flag over the State House in South Carolina. The NAACP plans economic sanctions including a possible boycott of products from companies operating in the state. There is also a debate in the NAACP over whether African American students should boycott universities in South Carolina. The tourist industry has already been affected by sanctions.
