The Baron group has decided to come out with a public offer and merge Baron International Ltd (BIL) and Baron Electronics Ltd (BEL). The group says that it needs fresh funds to increase distribution network and augment after sales service. BEL markets the Aiwa range of audio and video products while BIL currently sells Hitachi televisions. (khr)
