Chairman Philip Knight, Nike Inc. of the United States has replaced Chief Executive Officer and President William D. Perez with Mark G. Parker. Mr. Knight said that Mr. Perez was not quick enough to adapt his experience to the athletic-footwear industry. Mr. Parker has been promoted from inside Nike Inc.
