Helicopter Transport Services Inc

Article Abstract:

Helicopter Transport Services Inc, based in Middle River, Baltimore, MD, has filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against the Baltimore Police Dept. The suit alleges that the Police Dept guaranteed payment when they agreed to lease three Schweizer 269C aircraft for support operations. However, the Department has breached the contract since the Police Commissioner grounded the helicopters after a fatal accident in 1998.
