Housing credit access model: the case for Lithuania

Article Abstract:

The rational credit access development in advanced economies is identified and the recommendations for improvement of housing conditions of Lithuania are provided. A research is conducted based on the analysis of the expertise of advanced industrial economics and aims at adapting the most rational credit access to Lithuania, taking into account its specific history, economic development, needs and traditions.

Emergent capital markets' efficiency: the case of Romania

Article Abstract:

A lot of financial models are based on the efficient capital markets hypothesis and therefore the validation to the concept is an interesting field, for the developed as well as the emerging economies. The results of the research could be useful to evaluate the applicability of these models in developing capital markets.

The Sixth Street area of San Francisco, a lively nightlife district, is described. It is suggested that Sixth Street needs more business to generate more tax revenue so that it can improve street conditions and that it needs to attract new business that will generate the incremental tax revenue.
