Welsh parliament U-turn as public suddenly consulted

Article Abstract:

The Welsh public is being given the opportunity to see the final design choices for the new parliament building to be built in Cardiff, although critics claim a lack of detail and time allocated for public debate has been limited. There are six final designs, which range from the practical to the obscure. The Welsh Office claim the public have a right to debate the design of the new parliament building, although industry officials believe a design may have already been chosen.
