IBM to acquire MRO software for $740 million

Internatinal Business Machines Corp. of the United States is to purchase MRO Software Inc. also of the United States for $740 million or share purchase price $25.80. The computer industrial is continuing a trend in acquisitions of software companies. MRO Software Inc. share price is up 18 percent to $25.46.

IBM will sell to Cisco networking technology
