ING, Pidemco launch fund

Article Abstract:

ING Real Estate of Amsterdam, Netherlands, has partnered with Pidemco Land Ltd of Singapore to introduce an Asian real-estate investment fund, called IP Real Estate Asset Management (Asia). Both companies have invested an initial $100 mil to the new 50/50 joint venture, which will also target institutional investors which include pension funds, insurance firms and corporations.
