In-house sales?

Article Abstract:

Some privatizations in Germany have been carried out in a transparent way, but there is concern that populist concerns have influenced other privatizations, rather than the government seeking to obtain the highest price for state assets. State-owned development corporations have set up a consortium that has won a bid to buy railway homes, though it is offering less than Nomura, another bidder. Allianz is involved in a cornsortium that has won the bid for a service station chain, Tank und rast, after a rebidding process. Nomura was also a bidder for Tank und Rast.

Kohl rejects suicide

Article Abstract:
