Infogrames swings to loss on big investments in U.S

Infogrames Entertainment SA posted a 27.1 million euros net loss for the year ending on June 30, 2000. This was compared to a net loss of 20.3 million euros during the year before. The company was hurt by major investment in the US.

Dassault reports flat profit, lower margins

Article Abstract:

Dassault Systemes posted flat profits results for the 2001 first-quarter. The company posted 29.9 million euros in net profits for the period, compared to 29.5 million euros during the same 2000 period.

Infogrames CEO vows to resign if holders don't approve plan

Article Abstract:

Infogrames Entertainment S.A., Europe's largest video game company, is planning a stock issuance in order to raise much-needed cash to help it repay a $158 million convertible bond coming due in July 2005. S hareholders are scheduled to vote on the refinancing plan January 19th. The company's chief executive officer, Bruno Bonnell, has stated that he will resign if shareholders reject the plan.
