Integrity management

Article Abstract:

Integrity management encompasses a systematic and complete review, analysis and development of strategies to ensure that businesses can safeguard their integrity. Such breaches of integrity, which can occur when conflicting interests are incorrectly weighed against each other, can significantly damage the company, its employees and stakeholders. A conceptual framework for describing the integrity of organizations is presented and examples of Dutch organizations are provided.

Re-conceiving change management: a knowledge-based perspective

Article Abstract:

A case study of organizational transformation is used to illustrate how concepts from knowledge generation can be used to reframe some of the typical issues that arise, and make suggestions for practice. For organizational transformation to occur, an organization's members need to evolve new tacit knowledge about the way they interact with each other and external stakeholders, and how they coordinate their activities.
