Interpublic Group posts a loss as main ad-agency unit slumps

Article Abstract:

Interpublic Group of Companies Inc. of the United States posted a fourth quarter net income loss of $22.9 million, down from $130.3 million last year. Revenue fell 3.6 percent to approximately $1.9 billion. The advertising agency continues to have operational and accounting difficulties.
