Cobra reduces its interest in Commerzbank

Cobra Beteiligungs GmbH has reduced its share in Commerzbank AG from 16.5% to 9.98%. Cobra, Commerzbank's largest shareholder, said that it would give two anonymous foreign firms the chance to purchase its remaining share.
