Iraq's potential leader pushed bank envelope, but was he fraudulent?

Article Abstract:

Eleven years ago, a Jordanian court returned a verdict that Ahmad Chalabi embezzled funds from a bank. Mr. Chalabi is being backed by the U.S. Pentagon as a possible leader in Iraq. He maintains the case was politically motivated. Recently however, the Jordanian court records related to the case were released, documenting some of his questionable managerial activities.

Chemical plants still have few terror controls

Article Abstract:

The Department of Homeland Security has lowered the number of chemical plants considered the most dangerous in a terrorist attack. Three years after 9-11, chemical plants are still not subject to federal security measures.
