Is this estate real?

Article Abstract:

The real estate development industry in Bangkok, Thailand is changing as the country develops economically and social changes occur among wealthier urban classes. Thus has lead to an overall decline of new building starts by mid-1996. The Bank of Thailand is limiting lending to luxury developments such as golf courses and high-end apartments. Competition between the city center and the suburbs is confusing the office space supply market in Bangkok. Residential real estate, though largely geared towards condominiums, is being pressured by demands for larger single-family dwellings desired by the younger well-to-do.
